So true. I almost decided to discuss a stupid comment I made yesterday with my sister (after trying to join a conversation) and after reading this, I realize she's probably forgotten it. I'm stewing over it incessantly (!!!?). Jeez. Let it go.

Thank You. Much of the 6 "problems" on your list resonated with me ( A Hyper Active, highly sensitive EXTROVERT with introvert tendencies.) esp. Getting myself excited about making plans to do something I enjoy, and initiated, and not planning in the meantime so that I can have the energy and desire when the time comes to meet the plans with the enthusiasm I had when making the plans with someone or myself. Quite a sinking feeling, isolating makes it worse but its less effort. With No Effort there is No Expectation. This is Depression. KRay/NYC
